2. Product Understanding
Please make sure that you understand the fabric and design that are selected by us at PYTR and you at the point of purchase. Out fabrics are selected carefully by our specialist based in Istanbul, Turkey. These fabrics are the Turkish silk (made from 100% silk in Turkey) and Italian Satin (made from 100% polyester).
2.1 Logo and Tagging
We believe that attaching an addition piece of fabric as a product tag is less sustainable and ruining the look of the scarf. Therefore, we decided that instead of labelling out products using any additional fabric, we provide a certificate card that comes in every box. The card describes the product purchased as well as care and washing instruction. Our logo is digitally printed on every product and the position of the print varies depending on design.
2.2 Sewing Technique
We implement different styles and techniques of sewing for every product we have at PYTR. These vary from hemming, invisible, and slip techniques. This variation is unique to each design at PYTR and can be used to confirm authenticity. In additional to the unique styles, please allow a tolerance of +/- up to 0.5 cm from the published size of your scarf.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation after payment has been made is not allowed. We welcome our customers to read the description and options of out product carefully before proceeding with the purchase transaction.
4. Return Policy
Returning a delivered product is not allowed. We welcome our customers to read the description and options of out product carefully before proceeding with the purchase transaction.
5. Refund Policy
Refund due to cancellation after payment has been made is not allowed. We welcome our customers to read the description and options of out product carefully before proceeding with the purchase transaction. However, we make some exemptions for the following cases with verification.
5.1 Undelivered Item
In case, the product is missing, lost in track, or undelivered, our shipping partner will contact us at PYTR. This is usually due to a very unavoidable obstacle such as war, natural disaster etc. Upon this verification, we will be in touch with the customer and initiate a refund using PayPal. Instruction for the refund will be shared in the email notification. Alternatively, customer can choose another destination where the change fee will be covered by PYTR up to 10 USD.
5.2 Unavailable Stock
If a payment was made for an unavailable stock i.e out of stock, we will initiate the payment using Paypal upon verification. Instruction for the refund will be shared in the email notification. Alternatively, customer can choose another product by emailing us at peter@pytrdesign.com. Once we confirm the availability of second product, we will send out an invoice using Paypal if the price is higher than the paid amount. If the second product is cheaper, the remaining amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping Policy
Our product will be shipped out form Istanbul, Turkey. We are using PTT service where shipment can be tracked using the online tool. We will be emailing the customer with the tracking number once the item has been shipped out. Please allow a 24 hour window for PTT's system to update.
6.1 Estimated Delivery Time
Please refer to the following table for the estimated delivery time. Due to our current pandemic situation, please expect some delay in the shipping.

6.2 Shipping Out Initiation
Once the payment has been made, we will receive a notification from our payment gateway(s). Once we confirm the order, we will ship out the item within the next 2 working days. For instance, if we receive the order on Monday, we will ship out the item between Monday and Wednesday of the week. On another note, if the order is received on Friday, we will ship out the item between Friday and Tuesday the following week.
6.3 Premium Service
A premium shipping can be provided for shipping within 4 days. However, this service is not published on our website as the rate is much more expensive. If a customer decides to use the premium shipping, please email us immediately at peter@pytrdesign.com after purchasing our product (please quote the invoice or transaction reference number). We will then select and quote the best option for the shipping.
6.4 Receiving Delivery
We request for an adult signature upon the delivery of the purchased item for verification.
